Barre + Fitness Classes
This is our signature barre class which has a moderate pace, but clients will definitely feel the burn of their muscles strengthening and toning. Instructors will break down the pose in detail and provide level changing options so that everyone from the barre beginner to the more experienced “barre bee” will love this class! And all of our instructors choreograph their own routines and use their own music. No cookie cutter classes with repetitive music here!! You will never take the same class twice!
These barre classes offer fast paced, heart rate raising movements including some plyometrics. You WILL sweat in this class! There are also more advanced positions to increase burn and overall tone of the body.
Hot Barre Flow
Created especially for Karma Barre and Yoga by Fitness Expert and Trainer, Irene Hale, this class is held in our heated room wherein 84 degree infrared heat warms the room while our instructor takes the class through a series of yoga and barre inspired movements challenging balance and core strength; all muscle groups are worked and cardio just comes with the territory! This is truly a unique fitness experience all to the beat of cool and funky tunes!
A fun full body workout in one hour concentrating on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and flexibility utilizing weights, resistance bands, pilates ring, gliders, the ballet barre and other props!! The classes are all choreographed to your favorite contemporary upbeat tunes; you WILL sweat in this class! Clean sneakers required!
Pilate's goal is to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. No matter what level of fitness a client is at, Karma Barre and Yoga's Pilate Classes help them gain flexibility and strength. Our classes promote physical and mental well-being and have the clients wanting to come back.
A cardio and strength hybrid workout that packs a punch. This cross training format alternates between high intensity choreographed dance-cardio training to boost the heart rate and low impact strength training to tone and shape all the muscles in the body. You’ll be sweating and smiling as you rock out and tone up to an eclectic mix of upbeat jams. Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class.
We are turning up the burn and shake with this barre class! This class will level up to more difficult and advanced moves for those who want more challenge and options for those who don't! Expect more cardio and sweat!!
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
HIIT barre combines the toning benefits of barre workouts with the cardio benefits of high-intensity interval training. Life is busy and sometimes it can be hard to squeeze in a workout. So when that precious window of time comes, it's got to be worth it. Enter the barre, HIIT combo workout which combines basic barre moves with high-intensity interval training to strengthen and tone while increasing your metabolism and endurance. It is a complete full body workout in 45 minutes!
