Barre

Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as resistance bands and small weights to sculpt, slim, tone and stretch your entire body. Barre classes will also increase flexibility and endurance.

Yoga Practice

To join-to unite-to add. Yoga is the practice or discipline of connecting the mind, body, and breath to the present state. As a practice, yoga allows the students to re-root themselves. This re-rooting of oneself allows growth and enhances movement and awareness from within. Viewed as physical, mental, or even spiritual, the practice of yoga unites us with the divine. Traditionally the practice of yoga was in heated climates, so the increase of heat to the body increases the connection of the practice.
